San Diego Opera invites members of
The United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce for a private group reception and opening night performance of

FLORENCIA EN EL AMAZONAS

Our Mexican composer left a legacy of musical composition that the London's Guardian newspaper praised unabashedly romantic. Many critics have compared Catan's music to the work of Italian composers such as Puccinni and Verdi while acknowledging Latin-American rythms on the score.


All members (in good standing and registered) will receive an exclusive 20% ticket discount and free access to the reception

• Reception begins at 6 p.m. at the Patron Tent Adjacent to the San Diego Civic Theater.
